Hello!

My name is Sarah Lynne (she/her). I am a mental health and sex therapist.

Welcome to my practice. I am so glad you are here.

My Approach

A Respectful & Non-Judgmental Therapeutic Space

I treat my clients with respect, compassion, and empathy. I work in a collaborative, direct & trauma-informed manner, rooted in cultural humility. I meet my clients in a judgment-free zone, where authenticity and vulnerability are honored.

Emphasis on Authenticity & The Therapeutic Relationship

I believe that forming a strong therapeutic alliance is paramount to healing and growth. Should we work together, you can trust that I will bring my full self to our sessions, knowing that the therapeutic relationship is most powerful when all parties honor their authentic selves.

Compassionate & Collaborative Care

In session, you can expect active & reflective listening, compassionate curiosity, and authentic observations. As an integrative or eclectic therapist, I customize treatment to you, meeting you wherever you are on your journey. Depending on your needs, I will also bring psychoeducation and coping tools to support you in your growth.

A Commitment to Consultation, Collaboration and Continuing Education

I am committed to providing care that I believe in, and that will best support my clients. I am constantly learning, consulting and collaborating with other professionals and enjoy coordinating with treatment teams. As a passionate life-long learner, my clients can expect me to bring new knowledge and education to them throughout our time working together.
